I GIVE MY PERMISSION for my child to attend ECC Vacation Bible School. Please type in your signature.

ECC will be taking pictures/videos of the children during VBS. We will be making a short slide show for the kids to watch each evening. A short video will be made to share with the ECC congregation on Sunday morning. We may also use a few photos on the ECC Facebook page and our website as promotional pictures for the church. Please select all that apply.

I GIVE PERMISSION to ECC to take pictures/videos during VBS to use in the slide show at the close of each evening, during a recap video for the congregation, and on the ECC Facebook and Website pages. I DO NOT WANT my child's photo used on the ECC Facebook or Website pages. (Pictures may still be used at the end of each VBS evening during the closing slide show, and inthe recap video for the congregation). Please DO NOT TAKE ANY PICTURERS of my child.
