Photo/Video Release
Eastview Christian Church will be taking pictures and videos of the children during the week of VBS. We will use these pictures and videos to put a short slide show together for the children to watch at the end of each evening. A short video will also be made to share with the congregation on a Sunday morning as a recap for VBS. We possibly may also use a few photos on the Eastview Christian Church Facebook page and website as promotional pictures for the church.

I give permission to ECC to take pictures/video of my child during VBS and to use in the slide show at the close of each evening, during a recap video for the congregation, and on the Eastview Christian Church Facebook and website page. I DO NOT WANT my child's photo used on the Eastview Christian Church Facebook page or website.
